Terms and Conditions

Prices:
1. All prices per unit are quoted in F.O.B. Manila (Freight on Board) U.S. Dollars (USD $).
2. Customers can request quotations in C.I.F. (Cost, Insurance & Freight) and CnF (Cost & Freight), all in U.S. Dollars (USD $).

Minimum Orders:
1. Minimum order is USD $2,000.00 worth of assorted items.  If order is below minimum, a USD $50.00 surcharge is applied per shipment date to cover documentation and export licensing fees.
2. Items ordering should be per carton packing quantity.

Order Process:
Production of orders will only start upon receipt of the following:

1. Customer Formal Purchase Order (P/O).
2. Letter of Credit at Sight (L/C) or Telegraphic Transfer (T/T) payment.
NO orders will be processed without these two (2) important requirements. A&R Craft Philippines is not responsible in delayed shipment due to late compliance of these requirements.

Quality Process:
Our desire to uphold the trust given by esteemed buyers, proffers us to implement stringent quality control that strengthen our professional relationships and dealings. Working closely with the buyers, we see to it that we conform to the specification set and we deliver the best products and services expected from us. Quality is being done starting from the materials preparation, while on-production, packing and prior to loading. Then, all the way to shipment, we strive to adhere to the realistic timetable we set for each order. This way, we are able to deliver the goods on or prior to the agreed or requested shipment date.

Terms of Payment:
A&R Craft Philippines accepts only two (2) terms of payment;

1. Orders amounting below USD $ 5,000.00 - Payment is thru Bank Telegraphic Transfer (T/T).  50% Down Payment is required upon receipt of signed Confirmation Sheet against Customer's P/O, and 50% full balance payment three (3) days before shipment.
2. Orders amounting to USD $ 5,000.00 and above - Payment is thru Irrevocable Letter of Credit at Sight (L/C).

Delivery Time:
Shipment of merchandise is after 30, 45, 65, & 90 days production depending on the volume orders and current workloads.

Sampling:
Total value of Samples and Freight costs are for the account of the customer and payment is thru Western Union or can be Telegraphic Transfer prior to shipment. Shipment of samples is via Airfreight or Air Courier - freight collect. For those customers with economical concerns, samples can be shipped through Air Parcel Post, or Surface Parcel Post or Speed Post depending on their specific preferences.  Postage fees will be advised accordingly.

Packing:
1. Standard packing of item is one unit per plain polybag or craft paper with "Made in the Philippines" sticker or without polybag for those customers with environmental concerns. All items are properly packed and protected inside the cartons.
2. Special packing with stickers, headers, tags, barcodes, and other special attachments, such additional packing costs is for the account of the customer.  All artworks, designs, instructions.
